Due to the unique nature of our products, and most are hand selected for each of our clients, we are unable to offer returns. All our transactions are backed by paypal purchase protection, and we offer a quick exchange in the rare event that a purchase arrives damaged or is lost in the mail. Items refused by the sender are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
